Kasana–Luweero Diocesan staff urged to embrace creativity at AGM By Bernard Bakalu Luweero Staff of the Kasana–Luweero Diocese have been encouraged to embrace creativity and innovation in the execution of their duties. The call was made by the Rt. Rev. Lawrence Mukasa, Bishop of Kasana–Luweero Diocese, in a message delivered on his behalf by the Vicar General, Msgr. Vincent De Paul Mukiibi, during the Kasana–Luweero Diocesan Staff Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the Diocesan headquarters. “I bring you greetings from the Bishop; he says he loves you all,” Msgr. Mukiibi told the staff. “The Bishop has sent me to ask you to be cooperative in your work. He emphasized that we cannot work in isolation,” he added. Msgr. Mukiibi further noted that Bishop Mukasa urged staff members to cultivate creativity and innovation as they carry out their responsibilities. Speaking at the same meeting, Rev. Fr. Dr. Emmanuel Lyevuze, the Diocesan Chancellor, encouraged the staff to make the most of their positions by learning from one another and sharing skills. Rev. Fr. Dr. Cyril Kasigwa, the Diocesan Pastoral Coordinator, commended staff for successfully celebrating the Jubilee Year, which is soon ending. Noeline Naiga, Chairperson of the Kasana–Luweero Diocesan Staff Association (KALUDISA), called on her colleagues to continue serving with dedication and to meet the expectations of their respective roles. – END –
