This was started in 2000,it is found in Nakaseke District Ngoma Town council,it was named after St. Cyprian,Cyprian was born in North Africa, he was highly educated and a famous orator, he became a Christian as an adult. He distributed his goods to the poor, and amazed his fellow citizens by making a vow of chastity before his baptism.
